Preventing Work Related Stress (talking toolkit Health and Safety Executive)
Stress affects us all at different times and in different ways. It’s important to remember that it’s not appraisers' role to diagnose stress, whatever its cause. But if a doctor is having problems, it’s important that they get help as soon as possible. This toolkit helps you to have the necessary conversation. While written for managers this toolkit helps hold initial conversations with doctors, to gather information needed to move towards preventing work- related stress.
National Guardian Freedom to Speak Up

Perhaps particularly useful for GPs in all roles either as salaried GPs needing to raise voice about their concerns regarding patient care or partners who wish to develop structures in their partnership that improve communication and sharing of ideas and concerns about services delivered by the practice.
